PAYMENTS: We accept cash, check and credit cards. Return checks due to NSF will be charged $35.00. Payment will be paid in full before session starts.
GIFT CARDS / GIFT CERTIFICATES: All sales on gift certificates are final...there are no refunds on gift certificates or gift cards. May not be redeemed for cash. You may use a gift card or gift certificate towards a regular priced service. If you lose a gift card or gift certificate we can not replace it for you.
APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING: Services are scheduled by appointment only. To accommodate today’s busy lifestyle we ask that you schedule with as much advance notice as possible.
VOUCHER HOLDERS (GROUPON / LIVINGSOCIAL)
CANCELLATION / NO SHOW: Your voucher will be redeemed if you fail to give 24 hour cancellation notice or if you do not show up for your appointment...Any vouchers via internet (i.e Groupon or Living Social) your purchase will be automatically redeemed non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you may be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount needs to be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
NO-SHOWS: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their missed appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to myself and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time!
INCLEMENT WEATHER: Cancellations for inclement weather will be made on a case-by-case basis. I will contact you the day before your appointment to inform you to stay off the road.
SICK OR ILLNESS: If you have appointment booked and you are not feeling well please cancel and reschedule. Please do not come in if you have a fever or feeling ill. If I am sick I will email you the day before your appointment.
REFUNDS: There are no refunds on gift certificates. No refunds will be made for services already provided. In lieu of a refund, a discount off may be offered.
PRIVACY: We are dedicated to establishing trust with you and to protecting your privacy. All personal identifying information collected by us will be used for the sole purpose of maintaining our relationship with you. The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, also known as HIPAA, was created in 1996 by the US Congress to protect the privacy of your health information. Under the (HIPAA) Privacy Act, your health history information is protected unless you have provided your health care provider with a HIPAA release form.
HEALTH HISTORY FORM: Please arrive 15 min before your first appointment to fill out a health history form. If you refuse to fill out the form we have the right to refuse giving you a massage. The health history form is required to be filled out so we can give you a safe massage. If you refuse to fill out the form and had purchased a voucher you will need to contact the on-line dealer to give you a refund. We will not give any refunds to those who purchased and on-line deal.
DRAPING: There will be no nudity during the session, you will be draped at all times; only areas being worked on will be undraped. Private areas will not be touched. Under no circumstances we will never perform any kind of massage even remotely associated with sexual or tantric massage. Any comments or inappropriate sexual behaviors will prompt an immediate termination to the session. There are no refunds.
